The Francois Ferreira Academy equips students with the essential culinary arts and hotel management skills, to work efficiently and effectively in the hospitality industry as skilled chefs, hotel managers, and trained kitchen assistants and servers. We provide our students with the opportunity to obtain an International qualification (City&Guilds and CTH) and a National qualification (QCTO and CATHSSETA).
